The Situation

Adding to the critical nature of the task at hand, we encountered a new design challenge specific to the set up of the fire department systems and protocols

The Solution

Partnered with Waze to feed real time driving info for evacuation routes, signaling when roads were blocked by the fire’s path.

Value Proposition

Today, California emergency agencies use the app to provide evacuation routes from fires to flash flooding.

In fire season, it’s not about putting fires out, it’s about getting people out.
